FRICIU DORICA, PRIVATE INVESTOR (16.12.2008)

My name is Dorica Friciu, and I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere thanks to Mr. Robert SIRBU, representing GOOD RESIDENCE, for the exemplary manner and professionalism with which he presented me with a property that I subsequently purchased, thanks to his successful mediation of the transaction. For the purpose of confirming the authenticity of this reference, the notarisation of the relevant document was completed under No. 4877 dated 11 December 2008, at B.N.P. NEMESIS, Bucharest. Mr. Robert SIRBU, please allow me to wish you continued success in your professional activity, as well as many achievements and continued success for GOOD RESIDENCE.

CLAUDIA ZAMFIR, PRIVATE CLIENT (11.12.2008)

I purchased a property at Pantelimon Residence thanks to the successful mediation of the transaction by Mr. Robert Sirbu. I would like to emphasize that, had it not been for Mr. Sirbu’s kindness, professionalism, seriousness, and, above all, his exceptional ability to handle every stage of the contract negotiation, I would have decided not to proceed with the purchase of the property from its owners—especially given the multitude of offers available on the real estate market. Once again, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Mr. Robert Sirbu and wish him continued success in his professional activity, which he carries out with such dedication and commitment.
